    You are responsible for activity under your account and for content uploaded to your workspace.

  • Acceptable use

    Do not attempt to access other organizations, abuse AI features, probe security controls, or use the service for unlawful activity.

  • AI-generated output

    AI suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving any action before it is applied.

  • Service availability

    We may suspend or limit access to protect the platform, other users, or to enforce these terms.

  • Intellectual property

    POLCA and its branding remain the property of their owners. Your workspace content remains yours.

  • Liability
